Utility Manager(Dumai - Riau)
Responsibilities:
To ensure that all utility facilities are operated efficiently, smoothly, are reliable and available in accordance with production requirements.
To ensure and control Material requisition such as: chemicals, salt, MFO and solar are always available at minimum stock.
To ensure and control all the utility consumption such as: steam, chemicals, shell, MFO, solar and water are within budget in daily basis and coordinate with Maintenance Clerk.
Establishes and implements operating procedures consistent with good engineering practice to assure peak equipment performance and high quality product at minimum cost. Initiates and implements timely countermeasures to bring back the section under his responsibility to normal conditions during upsets and when abnormal conditions occur.
Closely coordinates with Mechanical & Electrical/Instrument section concerning the status of spare parts and consumable required for maintenance and repair also to ensure the Spare Parts / Auxiliaries are available if anytime requested, especially for Power Plant Shutdown.
Requirements:
Bachelor (S1) from electrical or mechanical engineering
At least 5 years working experience in same field or relevant
Experience in industrial or chemical plant and utility equipment
Having Knowledge in the operation of Medium Boiler, High Pressure Boiler, Water preparation plant, compressor, Genset and Waste water Treatment plant
English (both writing and oral)
Problem-solving and analytical ability
Motivated self-starter, comfortable in fast-paced environment
Demonstrated integrity and ethical standards
ISO 9000, ISO 14.000, HACCP, 5S, Safety, Environment system, and Seminar or training relating with his job qualification if necessary
