HR Officer (Dumai - Riau)
Responsibilities:
Manage (plan & conduct) Industrial Relation, prevent labor dispute
Manage Social responsibility, appreciation & award program
Manage vendor & Subcon evaluation
Build & manage work ethic and corporate culture
Monitor employee disciplinary activities
Develop/maintain relationship with external agencies
Requirements:
S1 Law/Industrial Engineering/Management
Male maximum 35 years old
Have 2 – 3 years in similar experiences
Living in Riau area will be preferable
Have a good interpersonal communication skill
