Responsibilities:
Our client is currently seeking qualified, highly motivated and dynamic individuals to join them as permanent employee.
Order management which includes artwork and sample card processing, preparation and releasing of E-Checklist, creation of Interco PO
Handling order and shipment issues from Customer/Sales/Planner/TC/MKT
Maintain and update customer delivery information in CR system
Validation of MFG-Pro system data against E-checklist
Data recording of quality issue/complain in I-Care System
Reviews and monitors order status and confirm order schedule to relevant parties
Prepare weekly report & issue invoices
Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent
At least 2 years of customer service support or order control experience
Must experienced working in a MNC environment
Proficient in MS Office Applications, knowledgeable in advanced MS Excel is a plus
Good communication skills with fluency in written and oral English
Knowledge on order operation is preferred
Highly motivated, flexible team player and able to work under pressure
